Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How plans are billed

• Plans are prepaid for a monthly or yearly period and are charged in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
• Plans do not renew automatically. You are never charged again unless you choose to pay for another period.
• Promo-code discounts apply to the payment they were used on only.
• A free trial, when offered, needs no payment and ends on its own.

2. Cancellation

Because plans don't auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel — simply don't renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can close your account any time by writing to support@fixedlayer.com.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan is active, except in these cases:

• Duplicate or failed payments — if you were charged twice, or money was debited but the plan did not activate, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Service unavailable — if EZStore is unavailable for a significant part of your paid period because of a fault on our side, we may offer a pro-rated refund or credit.
• Where required by law.

Request a refund within 7 days of the payment by emailing support@fixedlayer.com with your store name and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Payment-gateway charges

Charges by Razorpay on payments your customers make to your store are set by your agreement with Razorpay and are not refunded by EZStore.

5. Delivery of service

EZStore is a software service delivered online. Your plan is activated immediately after a successful payment; no physical goods are shipped.
