What do I need to start selling on EZStore?
An email address, your basic business details and the products you want to sell. To accept online payments you connect your own Razorpay account; to ship you can connect Shiprocket.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, when a trial is offered it's shown in the pricing section above. You can explore the full dashboard, set up your store and decide on a plan later.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. EZStore charges a subscription fee for the plan you choose. Payment-gateway charges from Razorpay apply as per your agreement with them.
What's the difference between plans?
Every plan includes premium themes, Razorpay payments, Shiprocket shipping and priority support. Plans differ in how many products and monthly orders you get, how many team members you can invite, and whether advanced product analytics and SEO tools are included.
Can my team work on the store with me?
Yes. Invite staff from Settings → Team and give each person a role with exactly the permissions they need. The number of team members depends on your plan.
Can I use my own domain?
Every store gets a free subdomain. Plans that include custom domains let you connect a domain you own.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Plans are prepaid and don't auto-renew, so there's nothing to cancel — simply don't renew. You can switch plans any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Who owns my store data?
You do. Your products, orders and customer data belong to you. Read our Privacy Policy to see how we protect it.
